Comfortable Stay but Needs More Staff

I enjoyed my two-night stay in a King Room. The location was fantastic, close to major attractions. Unfortunately, check-in took forever, and breakfast was chaotic with items missing. If you drive, plan for expensive parking away from the hotel. Try the local fare at nearby restaurants!

The room was cozy and quite clean, perfect for just unwinding. The comfy bed made it easy to catch some good sleep after a long day. I loved the elegant decor—it added a nice touch. There were enough USB ports for my devices, which is a must these days. Overall, a really nice setup!

scandic is an excellent choice! the location is perfect, right next to the train and bus stations. the soundproofing is impressive, so you can enjoy peace and quiet. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making the stay smooth. the breakfast was incredible with plenty of options to satisfy everyone!

Room cleanliness could be improved.

Centrally located right by the train station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lacked kettle and coffee in the room. Bicycle rental was convenient for exploring the area.

The hotel has a stylish atmosphere and cozy rooms, making it a nice place to unwind. However, the noise levels from outside can be bothersome, and during peak times, the service felt a bit understaffed, especially at check-in and breakfast.

My experience was completely frustrating from the start. Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover a steep staircase leading into the hotel, making it incredibly inconvenient for guests with luggage. Finding out later that there was a side ramp only added to my irritation, as the entrance door could only be opened from inside. This lack of accessibility should have been clearly marked.
